I feel like I'm breaking into pieces.
Disconnected from my body 24 hours a day.
Never whole.
Never complete.
Never one.

We believed that technology would solve the problem of communication between people,
that having a phone in our pocket would make our lives easier,
that social media would make relationships easier.

This was not the case.

Technology has indeed accelerated our thinking and communicating time, but it has also complicated them.
